From your first year, you will work in the hotel and catering trades.
Then in the second year, you will make your international début!
By your third year, you will have already gained a solid background and will have a clear idea which sector you prefer most. Then you can start developing your knowledge of that sector in greater detail.
On the menu: Luxury and International Hospitality, Events and Catering or Entrepreneurship.
These 3 options are not intended to lock you into any one field, but rather to open your options in a number of trades.

Once you’re in your 4th year and have a clear idea of your career path, then you can move to another campus to specialise in your fifth year.
