Ms. Natnicha Boonlerd is a well-known chef in Thailand and also Co-Founder of Ban Lalin Thai Café in Bangkok’s old town. Ploy is also currently starring in the finals of the popular TV series Masterchef All-stars (Thailand).
Ploy explains ‘The internship in France gave me the opportunity to see how professional chefs manage their kitchens in different cultural environments and this helped me a lot with my own career when I graduated. The experience at Vatel also enabled me to communicate and work with people from different countries.’
